Microsoft

Anoop Nathwani built an alliance ecosystem between Microsoft, Three, Accenture, and Hewlett Packard to develop and deliver world-class leading-edge mobility solutions for the B2B enterprise market. The initial international impact was £25 Million per annum, with £5Million of new revenues first year for Three in the UK market alone.

 

These alliances led to the ground-breaking initiative with MSN around an exciting and innovative unified communication solution with significant value impact.

 

Google

Anoop also drove the Global Strategic Alliance between Nokia and Google, creating strong internal stakeholder alignment, vision, and strategy between the two industry giants, as well as major executive sponsorship with each company. This increased new business in excess of €10 Million annually.

IBM

Anoop facilitated the global alliance between IBM and Nokia to take advantage of two unique strategic business development opportunities in the emerging markets of mobile education and mobile health technologies. This Alliance created two new business areas worth over €1 Billion per annum in the emerging markets alone.

HP

Anoop was instrumental in incepting and accelerating a number of key global alliance activities with HP, including bringing forward HP’s device roadmap to develop the first-ever 3G mobile device. Mr. Nathwani worked directly with the CEO of HP to create a CEO-to-CEO agenda between global enterprises to make this a reality.

British Gas

Anoop was solely responsible for developing the Strategic Alliance strategy and execution plan for British Gas for a greenfield site projected to create over £500M and the opportunity to tap into $25 trillion in global opportunities.

 

DSM

Anoop developed the Alliances and Joint Ventures Centre of Excellence for both the DSM Innovation Centre and the wider DSM organisation.

 

Mr.Nathwani was in charge of coaching and mentoring the DSM partnering community, teaching the community how to leverage partnering to drive innovation.

 

Through his efforts in Alliances and Joint Ventures, the €1 Billion in annual revenue soared an additional €250 Million in revenue value.
